Lots: Technical Acetone GOST 2768-84. The goods during delivery should be new, no earlier than 2024 years of manufacture. In the event of a change in the current need of the purchased goods, in connection with the production necessity, the customer sends a notification to the supplier about the absence of the need to purchase goods in full, or parts, without paying penalties and losses of the supplier associated with the execution of this Agreement. Within the framework of the current Article 5 of clause 2, paragraph 1 of the Law on State procurement, the customer provides suppliers with equal opportunities to participate in public procurement. In this connection, does not advise advisory work with potential suppliers at the stage of public procurement. Delivery and unloading should be carried out by the supplier. When delivering goods, the presence of a representative of the supplier is necessarily the presence of (without it the goods will not be accepted) delivery in parties during the year at the request of the customer within 15 calendar days.
