Expression of Interest are invited for Accounting and Financial Audit of Accounts of Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change Program

The services provided under this contract essentially include carrying out the audit of the financial
year accounts for the financial years 2023, 2024, 2025 and the closing audit of the Project, in
accordance with international auditing standards (ISA). issued by the International Auditing and
Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) or the International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions
(ISSAI) issued by the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) or
national accounting standards when those -these are deemed acceptable by the Bank

The Ministry of Energy and Water, in collaboration with the National Coordination Unit of
PIDACC/BN Mali Component invites Consultants to submit their applications with a view to providing
the services described above. Interested consultants must provide information on their
capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, letter of
expression of interest, reference for similar services, experience in comparable missions
carried out over the last five years and accompanied by certificates of successful completion
and copies of the cover and signature pages of the contracts as well as the address and contacts of the services
beneficiaries (sponsors) for verification purposes, and CVs of qualified key experts, etc.). THE
