2.2.1. Oasen wishes to contract an accountant for seven years (initially three years with two option years). The desired accounting services will be performed by the accounting firm to which the assignment is awarded and consist of: following activities: Regular audit assignments: 1. Audit of annual accounts 2. Audit of company report: required by law every year 3. Compliance certificate for agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) 4. Audit report for a large business customer: our accountant provides an auditor's report that we issue to a large business customer. As long as we continue to provide services to this customer, this statement will have to be drawn up every year. Incidental check assignments as described in section 2.2.4. - 2.2.6.: 5. Oasen is currently participating in a development cooperation project abroad. For this purpose, Oasen receives a contribution from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the form of a subsidy. An audit report must be provided annually in accordance with the prescribed audit protocol.
