A few years ago (in 2023), Team Category Management “Hiring Professionals” carried out a market orientation into the intrinsic (SROI) motivation of our (potential) suppliers: we wanted to investigate the situation with this intrinsic motivation. and how we could ask for and reward this motivation in our tenders (then Tenderned number: 418366). The most important step after the market exploration to be able to develop the advice was to explore and implement putting into practice the possibility of including Social Return in wishes and requirements. As a logical follow-up to this, a new market orientation will be published with the focus: how is Social Return anchored within your organization and: how should Team Category management “Hiring Professionals” can contribute to the concrete placement of candidates who are distanced from the labor market. This market orientation is not the prelude to a concrete tender.
