Tender Details

The BSR plans an 18-month trainee program with around 15 people every year. In this context, training and regular trainee sessions take place, which are carried out and moderated by a designated external lecturer. For the accompaniment BSR is looking for external, competent specialist support for the trainee program. The service is awarded to the contractor (contractor) in the form of a framework contract (contingent of days/hours without obligation to accept). This includes in particular the following Topic areas: • Implementation and moderation with main topics including preparation and follow-up, 8 days in the first (trainee) year and 4 days in the second (trainee) year • Conception of a “moderation and presentation” training and its Implementation and moderation, 2 days p.a. • Conception of a “Personality and Impact” training as well as its implementation and moderation, 1 day p.a. • Transfer discussions for the evaluation of training and trainee rounds with the client, if necessary individual discussions with Trainees and/or their technical mentors, etc., approx. 10 hours p.a.
