Reclaimed wood AI, AII and AIII Waste wood AIV Waste oil old tires Gypsum-based building materials Soil and stones + building rubble Mixed plastics Hospital-specific waste street sweepings (1) The subject of the order from January 1st, 2027 is the (final) disposal related to the following waste o Lot 1 Waste wood AI, AII and AIII, o Lot 2 Waste wood AIV, o Lot 3 Waste oil, o Lot 4 Waste tires, o Lot 5 Gypsum-based building materials, o Lot 6 Soil and stones + building rubble, o Lot 7 Mixed plastics, o Lot 8 Hospital-specific waste, o Lot 9 Street sweepings, as well as the o collection of waste at at least one collection point, (pre-)treatment facility or disposal facility to be made available and operated by the contractor during the contract term, o weighing (with Documentation) of the waste taken over and o, if necessary, subsequent transport (including delivery to (a) disposal facility(s) if necessary) (2) The delivery to the first collection point of the waste quantities of lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 is carried out by the client organized. (3) In the case of lot 8, delivery is organized by the collection points (hospitals or similar) or their representatives and is not part of the subject matter of the order. (4) Deviating from paragraph 1, used oil (lot 3) is additional for the waste fraction to organize collection by the contractor at the recycling centers/waste collection points operated by the client.
