The traffic cost unit (VKE) 362.1 forms a section from the AS Dresden-Flughafen (m) to the AD Dresden-Nord (m). The A4 is part of the TEN core network. It connects the Polish and German motorway networks. The Transit connections that run along this east-west axis are characterized by high traffic volumes, which continue to increase continuously. In Poland, the motorway network has been extensively expanded over the last decade. Included took place, among other things, closing the gap with Ukraine. This has led to a disproportionate increase in heavy traffic on the A4 in recent years. The subject of this tender is the design planning and approval planning, i.e. h. the Service phases 3 and 4 in accordance with Section 47(1) of the HOAI.
