As part of the new construction of the Vilsbiburg secondary school, the drywall work for the main building is being put out to tender. The order includes the complete execution of all drywall services on all floors, including delivery, assembly and professional execution in accordance with applicable regulations Standards and manufacturer specifications.
The scope of services includes in particular:
Erection of drywalls and facing shells in various designs made of plasterboard, gypsum fiber and cement building boards, including substructures made of metal profiles in accordance with DIN 18182-1;
Execution of suspended ceilings and ceiling cladding with system-compliant substructures, insulation and cladding structures;
Production of connection details, edge protection, joint and filling work in quality level Q3 for surfaces ready for painting;
Integration of sound insulation, fire protection and Thermal insulation measures including necessary reinforcements and trusses;
Creating recesses, inspection openings and installations for building services installations, taking into account the relevant approvals;
Execution of wooden cladding in interior construction according to detail and work plans;
Provision of all ancillary services in accordance with DIN 18340, in particular scaffolding and mobile towers up to a working height of 3.50 m, disposal of Waste and construction site cleaning.
