The services tendered form part of the Multi-Donor Action Skills for Youth Employability, Entrepreneurship and Empowerment (S4YEEE) programme in Kingdom of Eswatini. It contributes to the EUs Multi-Annual Indicative Programme 2021-2027. This Multi-Donor Action is co-financed by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Specific Objective 1 is implemented by GIZ within the framework of the BMZ project "Employment promotion for women for the green transformation in Africa (WE4D). The project goal is: To support the youth, women and other disadvantaged groups, by enhancing skills through market-driven vocational education and training, and alliances with the private sector, for employability and self-employment." The project will focus on strengthening the capacities of TVET providers to offer inclusive access and quality training that responds to identified skills needs in targeted sectors: renewable energy/energy efficiency, agri-food/agro-processing, hospitality and sustainable tourism, ICT and creative industries, manufacturing including textiles. Direct target groups/beneficiaries of the project are: - Young people aged 15 to 35 with a specific focus on young women, representing 70% of participants in TVET programmes implemented, or supported by the project. - Public TVET colleges and private training providers that will benefit from institutional capacity development and improved training offers for youth, wom...
