From 1968 to 1990 the property was used as a central school garden, and from 1990 as a gardening school in the Lichtenberg district. The planned construction project involves the demolition of the main building (GFA 356.85 m²) and the construction of a new one Gardening school (GFA 598.34 m²). In preparation for the construction project, it is planned to provide the basic services of Lph. 2 to 9 for the specialist planning of technical equipment according to HOAI 2021.
