Tender Details

The services to be awarded are the basic services of service phases 5 and 6 in accordance with § 55 HOAI and Annex 15 HOAI for the specialist planning of system group 5, telecommunications and information technology systems, in accordance with HOAI § 53 (2) and special services.

On behalf of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, DEGES is planning the new construction of the A26 between the state border of Lower Saxony and the southern port area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (AD Suederelbe). As a new west-east connection, the A26 closes a network gap with supra-regional connectionsr connection significance.

In the course of this measure, planning services in service phases 5 and 6 are required to create the technical equipment.

An elementary component of the technical equipment of a federal highway is, among other things, the planning of the telecommunications and information technology systemn (system group 5 in accordance with HOAI § 53 (2)).

The planning of the remaining system groups of technical equipment in the course of the routes named here is carried out by third parties.

As part of this construction project, the FM and IT system is in accordance with the current regulations (TR-Kiss, ARS 07/2020 etc.).len.

The telecommunications and information technology systems (including data, message and image transmission) for the following system parts must be planned:

Traffic technology (including traffic lights)

Emergency call columns/technology

Pumping stations and rain retention basins

Video system
