Planning services, specialist planning of technical building equipment for an institute building as a new building for the Fraunhofer Institutes SCAI and IAIS in Bonn as part of a grant measure according to RZBau. The new building is a workplace for around 180 people employees. The construction project is to be built in Campusallee 53115 Bonn-Poppelsdorf. The core of the spatial concept is the creation of flexibly usable and designable office spaces that promote openness, transparency and creativity, as well as areas for concentrated work. In addition to the office space, a data center with around 800 m² of usable space is planned. In total, a usable area NF 1-6 of approx. 2, 424 m² is required. Certification according to BNB is planned; The target is BNB silver. The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, as a recipient of public funds, attaches great importance to the implementation of an innovative, sustainable and resource-saving, yet economical building, energy and operating concept.
