The tendered service essentially includes: •Workshop planning with statics, production of mockups, on-site sampling •Documentation and measurements of the existing window and door elements •Renovation of historical existing windows and doors incl. Refurbishment and repairs 40 pieces of window and door elements (built from the 19th century) repair on site - type round arch or Palladian window, in different sizes, approx. 10-15m² 1 piece. Repair and add to the existing door according to the historical model including drive technology •Remediation of pollutants of lead-based and/or PCB-containing paints including protective measures •Dismantling work of window and door elements including disposal of waste wood Category A IV •Delivery and assembly of new interior window and door elements Based on the historical model, 43 new interior windows including niche cladding as an attachment window in front of the historical model.
