Technical planning of the supporting structure At the location of the State High School for Sport, Leipzig, Marschnerstrasse 30, the existing boarding school is to be renovated and 40 places for students over 18 are to be set up in the half of the building adjacent to the school. The measure includes the complete renovation of the existing roof and facade as well as partial renovation of the interior. The new building will be brought forward in a separate measure. The subject of the planned commissioning of this VgV procedure is the structural planning for the renovation of the existing boarding school. The residents to be accommodated here are the 40 students (over 18 years of age) currently housed separately. These should be accommodated in single rooms with a common area. In addition, the sports medicine area (school doctor and physiotherapy) will be housed here, which will also be used by the school. These rooms cover around half of the existing boarding school.
