1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Mountain Province 2nd District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Seven Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred One Pesos and Seventy Two Centavos Only (Php 26, 727, 701.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Basic Educational Facilities Fund(BEFF)( Construction of 1STY3CL, Damsite Elementary School, Mountain Province Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
