Tender Details

The Free State of Saxony, represented by the Saxon State Ministry of Finance, represented by the state-owned company Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management, intends to build the spatial shooting range (RSA) as a new building. The planning task should be in the northeast corner of the Weinböhlaer Straße property in Dresden. The entire area is intended to be used as a PD Dresden operational training base in the future, with the space shooting range only being one of the modules overall concept. The area should only be entered by police officers and must be separated from the public area in such a way that unauthorized entry and driving is made more difficult. The RSA is a functional training object Police, which should nevertheless be a building with a modern, reserved design language and a structure structured according to the functions. For planning purposes, version 1.0 of the Saxony Police Department's specialist booklet 19 "Room Shooting Ranges" is available Apply planning basis. The costs of the measure can currently only be estimated and allocated very roughly into cost groups and serve as a guide. The estimated costs (KG 200 - 600 according to DIN 276) are approx. €9, 619, 000.00/gross. Object The planned commissioning of this VgV procedure is the service profile for property planning buildings in accordance with § 34 ff. i. V. m. No. 10.1 of Annex 10 HOAI, with service phases 2 - 9, for the construction of the indoor shooting range. The services are commissioned gradually.
