Specialist planning of engineering structures 25D614024_Police Directorate-New Accommodation_Specialized Planning for Engineering Structures The construction task is the renovation, modernization and conversion of the listed building ensemble Dimitroffstraße, Peterssteinweg and Straße des 17. Juni including the infrastructure of the inner courtyards enclosed by this development. The subject of the planned commissioning of this award procedure is the services of specialist planning for civil engineering structures in accordance with Section 41 ff i. V. m. No. 12.1 of Appendix 12 HOAI with Planning services for service phases 4 - 9 as well as special services. Details on the scope of services can be found in the contract (No. 25D614024) and the associated appendices, which are enclosed with the tender documents. The commission is made gradually. The construction project will be divided into two major construction phases (BA I and BA II). realized, which are divided into several, smaller construction projects.
