Specialist planning technical equipment system group 7 - kitchen technical systems 25D511080 - HSF Meißen, House 4, renovation of the cafeteria kitchen (TA AG 7.1 Kitchen technical systems) The subject of the procurement is the modernization and renewal of the existing cafeteria kitchen in the multi-purpose building House 4 on the HSF Meißen campus. These are services of the specialist planning technical equipment of the system group 7.1 Kitchen technical systems in accordance with § 53 ff i. V. m. No. 15.1 of Appendix 15 HOAI with planning services in service phases 2 and 3 and execute 5 to 9. The overall service is commissioned to a contractor. The HSF Meißen consists of the Meißen University of Applied Sciences (FH) and the training center. Meißen University trains middle managers in five departments Saxon authorities and the judiciary. In the training center, employees of the state administration can complete interdepartmental training and further education. The campus is located on the state-owned property “Herbert-Böhme-Straße 11”. This is located on the right bank of the Elbe in the Cölln district of Meißen, not far from the city center of Meißen. The cafeteria kitchen will continue to provide around 1, 000 portions of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The aim is to develop a contemporary kitchen concept, which enables efficient and hygienic production in all process steps - from goods receipt, storage and preparation to dispensing and rinsing technology.
