The intention is to commission RBBau from: - Property planning services for buildings and interiors according to Part 3, Section 1, HOAI (2021), from LPH 2 (pro rata 50%), LPH 3+5-8 as a step contract (LPH 2 (pro rata) + 3 = 1st stage (EW construction creation) LPH 5-8 = 2. Stage (planning and implementation)) - as well as the services of structural planning analogous to the object planning of buildings and interiors Short description of the measure: The Delmetal barracks Delmenhorst property is located at Abernettistraße 200 in 27755 Delmenhorst. The Delmetal barracks houses logistical units that are responsible for supplying materials during operations. The focus is on transport, repairs and logistical support. What is required is the construction of a new trio building TYPE 3 in accordance with the specifications of the model planning (planning aid for commercial and support buildings of the Bundeswehr) and the area regulation C 1810/ 0-6230 in the immediate vicinity of the planned commercial building. In the immediate vicinity of the new military kitchen building one entrance, the trio building will be constructed taking into account the tree population and the boundary distance.
