256522 GRBM new trio building - TGA ALG 1.4+1.5 The intention is to commission RBBau from: - Specialist planning services for technical building equipment (ALG 1.4+1.5) in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, HOAI (2021) from LPH 2 (pro rata 50%), LPH 3+5-8 as a step-by-step contract (LPH 2 (pro-rata) + 3 = 1st stage (EW construction creation) LPH 5-8 = 2nd stage (planning and implementation)) Short description of the measure: The Delmetal barracks Delmenhorst property is located at Abernettistraße 200 in 27755 Delmenhorst. The Delmetal barracks houses logistical units that are responsible for supplying materials during operations. The focus is on transport, repair and logistical support. What is required is the construction of a new TYPE 3 trio building in accordance with the specifications the sample planning (planning aid for commercial and support buildings of the Bundeswehr) as well as the area regulation C 1810/ 0-6230 in the immediate vicinity of the planned commercial building. This will be in the immediate vicinity of the new military kitchen building with access Trio buildings constructed taking into account the tree population and the boundary distance. At the rear, deliveries and waste disposal take place via an asphalt access path that has already been planned and is to be expanded as part of the troop kitchen. The building cubature arises from the functions inside. The entrance rooms, foyer, serving area, kiosk, guest room as well as the club rooms including sanitary facilities for guests result in a predominantly wooden construction...
