As part of the major construction project (GBM) Annaberg-Buchholz tax office, Stollberg location - Needs-based accommodation is to be on the state-owned parcel 1087/2 in Stollberg, Hohensteiner Strasse 54, the existing administration building of the Stollberg tax office will be comprehensively renovated and expanded.

The existing administration building of the Stollberg tax office has a rectangular floor plan. The main building has an east-south entrance extension with a staircase and sanitary facilitiesOaks and a staff entrance as well as another single-story extension as an information and reception point, which is also the central entrance area for visitors.

The main building also has another annex building (former residential wing).

The scope of services of the planning departmentThe award initially includes service phases 2 to 9 according to § 34 HOAI.
