A replacement new building for the factory fire department is to be built on the north campus, because the factory fire department acts as a safety facility for fire protection across the entire campus for the KIT, KTE and JRC facilities. It is a training facility for fire service professionals and offers consulting services in technical and structural fire protection planning. The construction site clearance on the property and the associated infrastructural development measures are due until the start of the Shell construction work to be carried out in Q2/2027. The planning services required for this are the subject of this tender. The planning and organizational coordination in the project includes interfaces between the KIT-internal departments PB, VEA, FM and the general planner commissioned by KIT. In addition to object planning, structural planning, HLSE, the general planning services also include outdoor area and traffic system planning, up to 1 m distance from the building to the site/transfer points take into account all the time.
