2026-50_B443_ü_Leine_OP_Ing_BW_TWP_OP_VA_weitere_bes_Services The Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport is planning to rebuild the existing bridge structure over the Leine on the B443 federal road near Koldingen, between Rethen and Pattensen to be replaced by a new building. The building mentioned is in critical condition and must be replaced by a new building. The traffic volume on the B443 in 2021 was 19, 300 vehicles/24h with a heavy load share of approx. 10.4% (100 SV/24h). The subject of this tender is the object and structural planning for various objects (bridge, shoring and dismantling) including special services. The basis for the award is the “Procurement Ordinance” (VgV) in conjunction with the “Handbook for the awarding and execution of freelance services in road and bridge construction" (HVA F-StB), March 2022 edition. The engineering services are awarded in accordance with the "Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers" (HOAI), January 2021 edition.
