Structural designs for 3 bridges Ce 23, Ce 25 and Ce 26 and a retaining wall Ce 25a Structural designs for 4 bridges Ce 24a, Ce 24b, Ce 24c and Ce 27 The Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport was appointed as the representative of the State of Lower Saxony Federal Republic of Germany commissioned to relocate the B3 in the Celle/Wathlingen area. As part of this, the Celle bypass (OU) is being planned. The overall measure is divided into 5 construction phases: For the 1st construction phase (BA), which is the section between The B3 south of Celle to north of Ehlershausen was opened to traffic on June 3, 2009. The 2nd BA extends from southeast Celle (B214) to south of Celle (B3 alt). This section was also opened to traffic on June 20, 2013. The 3rd BA covers the middle part of the OU between the northeastern part of Celle (B191) to the southeastern part of Celle (B214). This part is currently under construction. In the 4th BA the B3 becomes north of Celle (B3) to the northeast of Celle (B191) and thus represents the northern part of the OU Celle (=OU Celle Nord). This section is part of this tender. The 5th and final BA includes the OU of Groß Hehlen. The preliminary draft is here with a note dated November 15, 2019 and the placard approval process is in preparation.
