This involves airport-wide troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, testing (ASR1.7), if necessary expert testing of power-operated gate systems and comparable systems. Maintenance and inspections are scheduled and followed up by our specialist team Requirements requested/accessed from the contractor by the specialist department by telephone and via an appropriate IT system. If necessary (after defects, collision damage, or other failures), troubleshooting and repairs are carried out by the specialist department requested/accessed by telephone or via an appropriate IT system. The response times necessary for safe operation are as follows: Working days: Monday - Saturday for reports/requests by 12:00 p.m. on the same day by 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday Report/request after 12:00 p.m. on the next working day by 12:00 p.m. On Sundays and public holidays by 12:00 p.m. on the next working day.
