2025 digitization of construction files
The city of Ellwangen needs a complete service package as part of order data processing, which involves the digitization of archived construction files.
This includes the entire process Digitization of paper documents, i.e. file preparation and processing, their software-supported document recognition and indexing, collection from the client, storage from the contractor and regulated document destruction.
The digital files should then be transferred to a DMS.
In doing so, should Approximately 500 linear meters of files - which corresponds to a total number of sheets of approximately 2.5-3 million sheets - are processed and digitized.
