For the print center, the city of Duisburg awards the purchase of a couvertal machine including maintenance contract and compatible control and monitoring software as part of an open procedure based on the GWB in connection with the VGV. The following system is required: - Pug machine includingAdhesive module in the Format DIN C6 to at least format DIN B5 - Annex table for the cooking material for at least 2, 500 sheet - feed module with a capacity at least 2, 500 letter covers DIN B5 - integrated folding unit with at least 2 breaks - at least 2 side positions including reading -Supplier tape with a discontinuation of the discontinuation of at least 2, 500 KUVERTS (one-leaf cuverting, 80g/m2)- Compatible control and monitoring software- maintenance and full service contract The maintenance and full service contract has to include the following:- In the event of a fault, the technician must be withinout of 4 working hours on site - upgrade of all software programs to control the machine - all necessary wear and tear and spare parts - Costs for arrival and, if necessary, overnight stays of the technician - If necessary, replacement of a envelope machine - Support of the current oneOperating system-at least 1 x annual full maintenance of the envelope machine including all appliances
