2. BA - Construction Site Equipment The subject of this procurement is the 2nd construction phase with the project title "Preparation of the site concentration from Aerzen to Rinteln" - specifically, it is about the preparation of the site concentration through renovation and Restructuring of the north wing at the Rinteln clinic location. As a specialist clinic for psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy, the Burghof Clinic operates facilities for the treatment of mental illnesses at the Rinteln, Stadthagen and Aerzen locations. In the As part of a location concentration, operations will in future be centralized at the main location in the former Rinteln district hospital (Virchowstrasse 5/9, 31737 Rinteln). After structural completion of the 1st construction phase (patient operation since August 2019) further implementation will take place in two construction phases. The 2nd construction phase advertised here exclusively includes the north wing of the existing building and is preparation for the later complete site concentration in the 3rd construction phase (East, south and west wings as well as kitchen, separate procedure).
