BWI GmbH is considering entering into a framework agreement with a business operator for the temporary provision of licenses (subscription/rental) including software maintenance and support for a video platform for the provision of video formats and Live streaming service in the amount of approx. 2, 527, 673.67 euros (upper limit) net to be awarded by means of an open procedure. The contract is concluded with a basic term of one year and an optional extension of three 12 months (according to Section 21 Paragraph 6 VgV). The video training platform is intended to offer Bundeswehr soldiers, authors and trainers added value in the sense of providing video training films (VAF). These VAFs can be used in different formats as part of the training Used and consumed by the participants in real time, without the respective file having to be downloaded in advance. The live streaming function of the video training platform makes it possible to transmit videos or files in real time and playback without the respective file having been recorded in advance and saved in the system.
