1875-UP Contact Center Solution BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI" or "client = AG") is considering a framework agreement for the temporary provision of software licenses (rental) including software maintenance and support (as a subscription model). Implementation, migration and training services for a contact center solution for the Bundeswehr's own use and the end customer (hereinafter: "Bw") in the amount of approx. 4, 000, 000 euros net (upper limit: approx. 6, 000, 000 euros net, see Appendix 1 to EVV_Order value estimation) to be awarded by means of an open procedure in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 2 VgV. The contract is concluded with a basic term of four years. For those to be provided under this framework agreement Contractual services will be provided estimated retrieval volume of approximately €4, 000, 000 within the maximum Total contract term (basic term of 4 years) is determined. In the event that the future requirements for the strategic Changing the orientation of the end customer is the Client entitled to call-offs with a volume of 50% until the 1.5th times the aforementioned retrieval volume.
