1869-MB-EU reporting requirement The BWI is considering awarding a framework contract with an economic operator for the legally compliant implementation of reporting obligations by means of an open procedure. The contract is concluded with a maximum term of 4 years. The contract term is as follows: 1. the basic term of 24 months as well as 2. the option period including the unilateral right on the part of the client to extend the framework agreement twice for 12 months each. The aim of the assignment is to to involve a specialized service provider who will carry out the case-related/operation-related check for the client as to whether and to what extent there are reporting obligations in the respective host country and who will ensure that the legally compliant implementation of the statutory the necessary reporting obligations within the meaning of the EU Posting of Workers Directive as well as the directly related official communication in the name and on behalf of the client.
