The BWI is considering awarding a framework contract with an economic operator for the legally compliant implementation of reporting obligations by means of an open procedure. The contract is concluded with a maximum term of 4 years. The contract term sets are composed as follows: 1. the basic term of 24 months as well as 2. the option period including the unilateral right on the part of the client to extend the framework agreement twice for 12 months each. The aim of the assignment is to find a specialist To involve service providers who will carry out the case-related/operation-related check for the client as to whether and to what extent there are reporting obligations in the respective host country and who will ensure that the legally required reporting obligations are carried out in a legally compliant manner within the meaning of the EU Posting of Workers Directive and the directly related official communication in the name and on behalf of the client. To the extent that this is required or permitted by the applicable national regulations, the contractor also assumes the statutory or official role of representative of the client in the respective host country vis-à-vis the responsible authorities.
