1828-TB maintenance and development services DynaConf, BWI Helper and BWI Installation Manager The BWI is considering a framework agreement with an economic operator to procure an app analysis platform in the amount of up to 2, 328, 000.00 euros (net). 3, 492, 000.00 euros (net) to be awarded through an open procedure in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 2 VgV. The framework agreement has a maximum term of four years (two-year basic term, with a one-time extension option of one (1) year optional) completed. For the contractual services to be provided under this framework agreement, an estimated contract value of 2, 328, 000.00 euros (net) within the maximum overall term of two (2) years of the contract term plus a one-time extension option determined by one (1) year each. In the event that the future requirements for the strategic orientation of the client and/or end customer change, the client is entitled to request calls with a volume of 50% up to 1.5 times the the aforementioned estimated order value (hereinafter also referred to as the “upper limit”).
