BWI GmbH is considering three framework agreements (Lot 1: Purchase of zoning services for sets of equipment provided in the cascade principle (PRIMARY LOT); Lot 2: Purchase of zoning services for sets of equipment provided via mini competitions, Lot 3: Purchase of zoned VS-IT via mini-competitions) with several economic participants for the procurement of zoning services and radiation-tested VS-IT by means of a restricted procedure in accordance with Section 11 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Alt. 1 VSVgV. The contracts are included a term of a maximum of seven years (Lot 1: 1 year basic term plus 6-time extension options of 1 year each, lots 2 and 3: 4-year basic term plus 3-time extension options of 1 year each). The demarcation between lot 1 and Lot 2 results from the hardware product categories to be processed. Lot 2 only comes into play if the product category to be processed is not included in Lot 1.
