1607-DE broadband connection DMZ Bördeland
BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering a framework agreement for the continuation and scaling of Internet transit access with up to 500 Gbit/s at the Bördeland location in the amount of EUR 14, 869, 161.11 (net) up to EUR 22, 303, 741.67 (net) (upper limit) by means of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with Section 11 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV to be awarded. The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum term of 7 years (3 years basic term, with 4 extension options of 12 months each). The contractor (AN) is to provide BWI with an IP transit broadband line to the Internet for the Bördeland data center as a service. This includes the provision of a blackholing procedure as an ISP procedure (Internet service provider procedure) to protect against DDoS attacks. The blackholing process is an automatic redirection of Denial of Service (DoS) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks to a so-called blackhole so that these attacks come to nothing.
