BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering a framework agreement regarding products from the manufacturer SentinelOne GmbH - formerly Attivo Networks - (hereinafter "SentinelOne") to ensure the operation of the implemented honeypot network, as part of an open procedure according to § 14 Paragraph 1 1st Alt.VgV in the amount of €5, 326, 620.00 to be awarded within the maximum total contract term of four years. In the event that the future requirements for the strategic orientation of the client and/or end customer change, the client is entitled to make callsa volume of 50% up to 1.5 times the aforementioned estimated order value (hereinafter also referred to as the "upper limit"). This results in an upper limit of €7, 989, 930.00. The framework agreement includes the procurement of hardware (including firmware, updates and maintenance), softwareelicenses (including maintenance and support as a subscription) as well as services (Remote Professional Services and Virtual Instructor-Led Training Course) from the manufacturer SentinelOne.
