The procurement involves an industrial computer tomograph (CT) with two beam sources. The beam sources are designed as “micro-focus” and once as “nano-focus”. The device is used for examination and three-dimensional Representation of homogeneous (e.g. ferrous or non-ferrous metals) and inhomogeneous components (e.g. glued parts or fiber composite material).
