10030912 Framework Agreement for Operational Support "Open Text Content Server and Archive Server"
GIZ has been operating a document management system (DMS) based on OpenText Content Server since 2005. Most recently there was an upgrade to version 23.3. The DMS manages around 40 million objects and is used by around 25, 300 users worldwide. Essentially, the DMS is used for - Document storage in structured project files - Document storage in folders of the organizational structure - Linking documents in the intranet (IDA) - Collaboration between teams and external parties (communities of practice) The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a service contract for the provision of ongoing operational support services on the basis of monthly flat rates as well as a framework agreement for the provision of IT services via individual order with a single contracting party (AN). The contractor must design and implement optimal and economical IT solutions in close coordination with the DMS team of the IT operations department in the DIGITS area and the GIZ departments (services per individual order).
