A rental contract including full maintenance service (provision, maintenance and supply of operating and care components) is planned from August 2026 for a period of 50 months (4 years and 2 months) for a total of ten Fully automatic coffee machines. These are to be stationed in the 5 buildings at the Eschborn location. The caterer is responsible for operating the machines, providing coffee, milk and other beverage ingredients as well as routine cleaning the GIZ. The operation of the fully automatic coffee machines is not the subject of this tender.
