10015168-Consulting on knowledge management for the sustainable anchoring of dual training in Côte d'Ivoire Project description: Against the background of population growth of around 2.5%, the improvement in the employment and income situation of young people is one of the most important challenges in the Côte d"Ivoire. Every year between 350, 000 and 400, 000 young people enter the labor market. In this context, a central challenge of vocational training in the Côte is d"Ivoire the lack of coherence between training offers and the needs of the private sector. The project "Supporting vocational training reform in Côte d'Ivoire" aims to provide the foundations for the further development of labor market-oriented training To build up cooperative vocational training offerings in Côte d"Ivoire. Access to vocational training for all population groups and improving the quality of training are part of the implementation of the government's social program (PSGOUV).
