Specialist planning services are to be provided in batches for technical equipment in accordance with the fee regulations for architects and engineers (HOAI) within the meaning of §§ 53 ff. HOAI for the renovation and extension of the Heinrich Böll Foundation's office and event building be awarded. Technical equipment (system groups AG 1, AG 2, AG 3, AG 6, AG 7 and AG 8) The Heinrich Böll Foundation e. V. is planning to renovate and expand the office and event building it moved into in 2008 at Schumannstrasse 8 in Berlin-Mitte. The services as part of an overall project include the following structural measures: extension, cooling generation (recooler), inspection of the ventilation system, conversion of the server room, new PV system, new elevators. The planning services are divided into two lots. The Further planning services, in particular object planning and structural planning, are not the subject of this procedure and are tendered and awarded in separate, independent procurement procedures.
