The property is a Wilhelminian style villa, built in 1900/1901, with enclosure and private green space. It is located on the corner of Fuerstenbergstrasse / Prinz-Eugen-Strasse in the Wiehre on a plot of 976 m2 (parcel no. 0-4776). The building is in the list of cultural monuments according to §2led. The building has two full floors, a mansard roof with a knee rock and is completely lower cellar. Since the construction of the building, no fundamental changes have been made in the supporting structure.
