Functional, technical, quality, performance characteristics: Lightweight and soft non-woven fire-resistant carbon fiber material that can withstand heating up to 2400 °C in an oxygen-free environment environment. Viscose graphite (carbon) felt is designed for use as a high temperature thermal insulation material. The width of the canvas is at least 1.2 m. Thickness is from 5 to 7 mm. Carbon content - 99.90%. Ash content - 800 ppm. Bulk density - 0.1 g/cm3. Thermal conductivity - 0.06 W/(m K). The maximum operating temperature in an oxygen-free environment is 2400 °C. Refractory. The maximum operating temperature in air is 350 °C. The material must: be new, not previously used, free from mechanical damage, contamination and other defects that could affect its performance characteristics; consist of carbon (graphite) fibers not containing glass fibers, mineral wool, basalt fiber, ceramic fiber and other inorganic fibrous thermal insulation materials; maintain thermal insulation and structural properties at high temperatures within the operating temperature range; have chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and solvents.
