Lots: Crucible - IAE. Functional, technical, operational, quality characteristics: "One-piece ceramic glass of a cylindrical shape, open at the top. Material - dense high-temperature ceramics based on zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂), stabilized with yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃). Y₂O₃ content - 8 ± 1 mol. %. Main dimensions: outer diameter - 26 mm; internal diameter - 20 mm; total height - 45 mm; depth of the internal cavity - 42 mm; wall and bottom thickness - 3 mm. The glass is intended for short-term contact with SS melt (12Х18Н10Т) in an argon (Ar) atmosphere. The material must maintain geometric integrity at a temperature of 2500 °C and isothermal exposure for at least 1 hour. After exposure, through passages are not allowed cracks, delamination, melting and destruction of walls or bottom. The surfaces of the product must not have cracks, chips, cavities, delaminations and foreign inclusions. After signing the contract, it is necessary to request a drawing from the Customer. The supplier must provide a document confirming the chemical composition of the material and the declared temperature resistance. Certificate."
