The objective of the development of the Project is to strengthen lacapacitA(c) of public investment management and performance assessment process of civil servants in lesMiistries targeted to improve service delivery outcomes.
The Project includes two (2) components: Component 1 : Support for programs to improve performance: it permettrade finance sub- programs selected ( Programmesde authorized expenses ) to support key programs duGouvernement and PDES.
The funding for this component will be based onlesrA(c)sultats and based on the achievement of agreed LTD. In other words, leprojet help achieve a program of activities identified in the framework of certain authorized spending programs to disrupt the capacity issue and systems targeted ministries A.
