ZZS KHK - increasing the capacity of the exit point in Jaroměř - construction work The subject of the public contract includes the complete implementation of construction, demolition and other works on behalf of the ZZS KHK - increasing the capacity of the exit point in Jaroměř in the scope and specification given by the project documentation, and also in accordance with the conditions stated in the construction permit of the building. The subject of the work also includes complete execution, i.e. delivery and assembly (hereinafter also D+M) of all professions (ZTI, UT, VZT, high-current electrical installation and weak current, outdoor distribution of sewage, water supply, paved areas, etc.), execution of construction readiness and ensuring communication with the supplier of free furniture and electronics to the extent and specification given in the project documentation, FVE. Then there is part of the scope of work also includes ensuring the coordination of activities with ČEZ Distribuce a.s., regarding connections, re-laying of lines, etc., sampling of materials, etc. Furthermore, part of the scope of work also includes, for example: ensuring approval procedures including obtaining approval for approval (decision) with the use of the building. The ZZS KHK building is designed in accordance with the passive energy standard, therefore part of the scope of work includes ensuring the performance of blower door tests, including measures to ensure the tightness of the envelope of the ZZS KHK building. Part of the subject public procurement is also the provision of cooperation in the supply of internal equipment and electronics, while the supply of free-standing internal equipment and electronics is not part of the subject of this public procurement. ...
