ZZS KHK - increasing the capacity of the exit point in Jaroměř - TDS and OSH The subject of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (hereinafter referred to as "OSH" or "KooBOZP") and the provision of related services within the framework of the implementation of the construction project entitled: "ZS KHK - capacitation of the exit point in Jaroměř - construction work". The subject of the construction is the implementation of construction works, which include complete execution construction, demolition and other works on behalf of ZZS KHK - increasing the capacity of the exit point in Jaroměř. The subject of the work also includes complete execution, i.e. supply and assembly (hereinafter also D+M) of all professions (ZTI, UT, VZT, high-current electrical installation and weak current, outdoor distribution of sewage, water supply, paved areas, etc.), execution of construction readiness, PV power plants. Furthermore, part of the construction also includes ensuring the coordination of activities with ČEZ Distribuce regarding connection, re-laying of lines, etc., sampling of materials, etc. Furthermore, the scope of the construction also includes, for example: ensuring approval procedures, including obtaining approval approval (decision) for the use of the building. The ZZS KHK building is designed in accordance with the passive energy standard, which is why it is part of the subject of the construction ensuring the performance of blower door tests, including measures ensuring the tightness of the envelope of the ZZS KHK building.
