TASK I - preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the development of a courtyard interior located in Wrocław within the streets: 1) Kotlarska, Szewska, Nożownicza, Łaciarska (plot no. 60/19, AM 26, Stare Miasto precinct), 2) Kotlarska, Kuźnicza, Nożownicza, Szewska (plot no. 52/21, 52/22, AM 26, Stare Miasto precinct). TASK II - preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the development of a courtyard interior located in Wrocław within the streets: 1) Kotlarska, Więzienna, Nożownicza, Kuźnicza (division No. 43/6, 44, AM 26, Old Town district), 2) Malarska, Kiełbaśnicza, Garbary, Odrzańska (district no. 26/25, 26/26, 26/19, 27/12, 27/13, AM 26, Stare Miasto precinct). The scope of the order for each courtyard interior separately includes: 1) execution i providing the Ordering Party with design and cost estimate documentation for the development of the courtyard interior along with the necessary arrangements, to the extent described in detail in the guidelines for the development of design and cost estimate documentation, 2)obtaining i providing the Ordering Party with a building permit for the courtyard interior of the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the Wrocław City Hall (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) along with confirmation of submitting an application to WAiZ UM for issuing a certificate that the decision has become final/ obtaining and providing the Ordering Party with a certificate confirming that there are no grounds to object to the intention to perform construction works in accordance with Art. 30 section 5aa of the Construction Law, 3) supervising the car...
