The subject of the order is the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the development of courtyard interiors located in Wrocław in within the streets: 1) Stage I - Nowowiejska, Jedność Narodowy, Daszyńskiego, Żeromskiego (plot no.: 34, 38, 39/4, 47/3, 47/4, 48/2, 56/4, and 57 AM 11, Plac Grunwaldzki precinct) 2) Stage II - Nowowiejska, Jedność Narodowy, Daszyńskiego, Żeromskiego (plot no.: 33/2, 34, 39/4, 40/1, AM 11, Plac Grunwaldzki precinct) The scope of the subject of the order for each Stage (yard interior) separately includes: 1) preparation and submission of design and cost estimate documentation for interior development to the Ordering Party yard along with the necessary arrangements, to the extent described in detail in the guidelines for the development of design and cost estimate documentation, 2) obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party the decision of the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the Office for the courtyard interior of the City of Wrocław (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) for a building permit along with confirmation of submitting an application to WAiZ UM for issuing a certificate that the decision has become final/obtaining and providing the Ordering Party with a certificate of no grounds for objection regarding the intention to perform construction works in accordance with Art. 30 section 5aa of the Construction Law, 3) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works and greenery covered by the developed document...
