Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the development of courtyard interiors located in Wrocław. Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the development of courtyard interiors located in Wrocław within the streets: 1) Kazimierz Wielkie, Świdnicka, Oławska, Szewska, 2) Casimir the Great, Geppert, Ofiary Oświęcimskich, Świdnica. The scope of the order for each courtyard interior separately includes: 1) preparation and submission of documentation to the Ordering Party design and cost estimate for the development of the courtyard interior along with the necessary arrangements, to the extent described in detail in the guidelines for the development of design and cost estimate documentation, 2) obtaining and handing over to the Ordering Party for the interior courtyard decision of the Department of Architecture and Monuments of the Wrocław City Hall (hereinafter referred to as WAiZ UM) a building permit along with confirmation of submitting an application to WAiZ UM for issuing a certificate that the decision has become final / obtaining and submitting The ordering party will receive a certificate confirming that there are no grounds to object to the intention to perform construction works in accordance with Art. 30 section 5aa of the Construction Law, 3) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works and greenery covered by the developed documentation.
